Clients will be informed and must approve any additional work or changes before proceeding. Rendez-Vous Automotive is not responsible for delays due to parts availability or third-party suppliers.
4. Warranties and Repairs
Manufacturer and third-party warranties apply as outlined in your contract. We offer optional extended warranties and protection packages, which are subject to separate terms and approval.
Clients must follow all recommended service intervals and usage conditions to maintain warranty validity.
5. Financing and Payment Plans
Financing is subject to credit approval. Rates and terms vary based on the lender, creditworthiness, and applicable down payment or trade-in value. Affirm or other payment plan partners may be available for repairs or purchases on approved credit (OAC).
We are not responsible for credit decisions made by third-party institutions.
6. Returns, Deposits, and Cancellations
Deposits on vehicles or service appointments may be refundable or non-refundable, depending on the nature of the transaction and written agreement.
Custom vehicle orders, parts, or third-party installs may not be eligible for return. Any return must be requested within 7 days of purchase and is subject to manager approval.
7. Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy. Information collected through forms, transactions, or service appointments is used for internal purposes only—such as communication, service reminders, financing applications, and loyalty offers. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
